Courier Assistance
The tracking of each service includes courier assistance for both domestic and foreign couriers overseeing the process and condition of each piece from the point of origin to its destination.
We look after couriers in several languages, coordinate their schedules, arrange their travel and accommodation reservations and take special care to ensure the professionalism that characterizes our company.
The EDICT staff also has Airport Identification Cards issued by AENA that allow the agent to meet each courier at the very door of the plane.
EDICT carries out the necessary procedures to obtain the authorizations from the appropriate authorities to access restricted areas for those couriers that oversee handling and transfers.
