EDICT, S.L. deals with the information provided by interested parties in order to carry out the correct fiscal and accounting obligations, as well as sending commercial, advertising and promotional communications.

WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION FOR THE TREATMENT OF YOUR DATA?
The execution of a contract for the provision of services:
The treatment is necessary for the execution of the commercial contract for the provision of services signed between you and the person responsible for the treatment, EDICT, S.L.
The fulfillment of a legal obligation:
The treatment is necessary for compliance with the legal obligations for mercantile and fiscal purposes established in articles 30 of the Commercial Code, and 66 to 70 of the General Tax Law.
WHO WILL RECEIVE YOUR DATA?
Your data will be transferred to the Tax Administration, Banks, Security Forces and / or Public Administration with competence in the matter, as long as it is to fulfill the purposes described above.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS WHEN YOU PROVIDE DATA?
Any person has the right to obtain information about whether EDICT, S.L. is processing personal data that concerns him or not and, in such case, to exercise the right of access of the personal data and the following information:
- The purposes of the treatment.
- The categories of personal data concerned.
- The addressees or categories of recipients to whom the personal data is communicated, in particular to third parties or international organizations.

Additionally, one may request information at all times about the exercise of the rights before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
In the event that the exercise of your rights has not been addressed or satisfied, we inform you that you may submit the corresponding claim to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, located on Calle de Jorge Juan, 6, 28001, Madrid, or calling 912 663 517.
